Who is behind Azurian Coast?
I'm Hajnalka Szikora, independent international property consultant and founder of Azurian Coast.
I work without the backing of a large agency — and that was a deliberate choice. I believe that buying property abroad is not a mass-market service. It is a deeply personal decision, and it deserves genuine, personal support.
Coastal properties became my specialty for a reason. The Mediterranean lifestyle, the proximity of the sea, and the idea of a life without borders have always fascinated me — and I quickly realised that many people share this dream but don't know where to begin. Buying property abroad is different from buying at home: different legal systems, different processes, different risks, often a different language. That is exactly where I can make a real difference.
Azurian Coast is not a property listing site. It is a content-driven, professional platform built to help people thinking about buying abroad access honest, practical information — before making any decisions. Because a good decision is always an informed one.
My involvement starts with the first question and ends at the transfer of ownership. I source properties based on each client's individual goals, coordinate on-site viewings — with a Hungarian-speaking local guide when needed — assist with documentation and administration, and stay present throughout the entire process. I don't disappear after the first offer.
I am fully independent, with no commission obligations tied to any developer or agency. That means one thing in practice: the only interest I serve is yours.
